Ever wondered how the rider in front of you just seems to pull away down the trail from you and it looks effortless?
Carrying momentum (flow) down the trail is the key to this and its not just about getting off the brakes!!
The course is an ideal follow on from our Bike Park Basics session adding further skills and techniques to your riding but its not a pre- requisite to have done this course before hand.
The course will look at grip points, body position on the bike, when to go and not to go full speed, reading the terrain ahead and cornering techniques all aimed at improving your flow down the trail.
Having ridden bike parks before or be a confident off road rider
WHAT YOU NEED:
A bike in fully working order
Appropriate safety gear including helmet (open or full face), knee pads, gloves
Lunch and drinks
