Description
Choice of 3 items to make – eg, a bearded axe, a full handle, full tang/bushcraft knife or a tomahawk. You will learn to make a knife using a traditional blacksmith’s forge for the tomahawk and bearded axe. You will forge weld the tomahawk and bearded axe. It may be possible to do . The smithing process is quite fine and not as heavy handed as regular blacksmithing. It is more akin to jewellery making techniques. The knife handles can be made of either wood or antler.
Courses are run on a one to one basis to maximise the day. Over 18s only.
